Storm
Right now, you are just trying to get through the day.
Some seasons in life are for surviving. If you are deep in it, foggy, worn thin, holding everything together while barely holding yourself together, you are in the right place. You can move at your own pace here. My job is to sit with you in it.
What "Storm" means here
A storm is the part nobody prepares you for. The diagnosis that reorders your life. The symptoms that decide your day before you get a say. The quiet loneliness of being surrounded by people who love you and still feeling like nobody quite gets it.
Storm is for that. It is for the stretch where healing is not the goal yet, because survival is taking everything you have. You are allowed to simply be supported here, for as long as you need.
And if a day comes when you feel ready for more than getting through, Story will be waiting. There is no timeline. This is your journey, and life is not a race.

"I know the storm because I have lived in it.
There were years when chronic illness took the lead in my life and I could not see a way through. I went looking for support that actually understood, and I could not find it. That gap is why this exists. Wherever you are right now, you will not walk it alone.”
