You're carrying more than anyone can see.
From the outside, your life might look like it’s holding together. Inside, you’re managing a body that doesn’t always cooperate, days that take everything you have, and a tiredness that’s hard to put into words.
You still show up — for your family, your home, the people who rely on you. What you rarely get is space to be looked after yourself, or permission to simply say: this is hard.
Storm to Story is for that part of your life. The part you don’t usually say out loud.
Hi,
I’m Georgia.
I started Storm to Story because I know what it’s like to be in the middle of something difficult and feel like you’re holding it on your own.
A few years ago, my own health changed in a way I never planned for. Almost overnight, the life I’d built around being the capable one — the person everyone else leaned on — stopped fitting. I learned what it takes to keep going when your body won’t cooperate, and how isolating that can be even when you’re surrounded by people who love you.
For a long time I looked for the kind of support I actually needed and couldn’t quite find it — somewhere warm but not vague, structured but not clinical, run by someone who understood the life I was really living. So I built it.
I’m a wife and mother based in London, and I’ve learned to hold onto the small, steadying things — a quiet coffee before the house wakes up, a walk that clears my head, an honest conversation with someone who understands.
Two stages. One journey.
I believe there are two different kinds of support a woman needs — and they’re not the same thing.
When you’re still in the hardest part, you don’t need to be fixed or pushed forward. You need someone steady beside you. That’s Storm — support for right now.
When you’re ready — and only you know when that is — there’s a way to take what you’ve been through and begin shaping it into something that moves you forward. That’s Story — coaching and growth for what comes next.
I’m with you in the storm. And when you’re ready, I can help you turn it into a story.
Why you can trust this space.
I’m a certified life coach, with additional training in group facilitation and trauma-informed support. Before Storm to Story, I spent several years working alongside women through difficult transitions.
Over the past few years I’ve supported dozens of women through some of the hardest seasons of their lives — one to one, and in small, structured groups.
Just as importantly: I’ve lived a version of this myself, and I run everything here with care and discretion. What you share stays between us.
Who this is for.
Right now, I work mainly with women navigating chronic illness — the kind of ongoing health challenge that quietly reshapes daily life in ways other people don’t always see.
You might be newly diagnosed and still finding your feet. You might have been managing for years and be quietly worn down by it. Either way, you’re welcome here.
This is a space for women who want real support — not platitudes, not forced positivity, and never to be told to “just stay strong.”
Storm to Story will grow to support women through other life challenges in time. For now, this is where we begin.

Wherever you are right now,
you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re in the thick of it, start with Storm. If you’re ready to move forward, explore Story. Not sure which? That’s completely okay — message me and we’ll work it out together.
A real message reaches a real person. No pressure, no commitment.
